Instruction on the right to withdraw from the contract (only the final consumer, does not concern the purchase of the company's identification number) of the company Jan Pelc with its registered office at Koldům 1580, 436 01 Litvínov, identification number: 72593334
1. Right to withdraw from the contract
1.1. Within 14 days, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason.
1.2. You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day following the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you takes over the last delivery of the goods.
1.3. For the purpose of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform the seller: Jan Pelc, Koldům 1580, 436 01 Litvínov, e-mail: email@example.com in the form of a unilateral legal hearing (letter sent through the postal operator). You can use the template for withdrawal, which is available for download at www.pekelec.com in the Information section, but it is not your responsibility.
1.4. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send a withdrawal before the expiry of the relevant period.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
2.1. In the event of withdrawal under Article 5 of the Terms and Conditions, the Seller shall return the funds received from the Purchaser, including the return of funds for transport at the lowest bid (in case he opted for more expensive means of transport) within 14 (four) days of withdrawal from the Purchase Contract buyer in the same way the seller accepts the buyer. The seller is also entitled to return the purchases provided by the buyer upon return of the goods to the buyer or otherwise, provided the buyer agrees and does not incur additional costs to the buyer.
2.2. Acceptance of Goods - In the event of withdrawal from the Purchase Contract in accordance with Article 5 of the Commercial Terms, the Purchase Agreement is abolished from the outset. Goods must be returned to the seller within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal from the contract to the seller. If the buyer withdraws from the purchase contract, the buyer bears the cost of returning the goods to the seller, even if the goods can not be returned by their normal postal route
2.3. Costs associated with the return of goods - The buyer will bear the costs associated with the return of the goods (transport for the journey from the consumer to the supplier and, if necessary, repackaging of the product if the product needs to be repaired).
2.4. Liability for Reducing Value of Returned Goods - The buyer is liable for the value of the goods due to the handling of the goods in a manner other than that necessary to understand the nature and characteristics of the goods, including their functionality. Goods must not show signs of wear and tear. Textile goods must not be washed and contain all original features at the time of sale, including all labels, tags, etc. The buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:
- clothing/goods show signs of wear and tear
- clothes/goods are washed
- clothing/goods is dirty, wet or smells
- part of the goods or accessories is damaged or missing
- underwear, swimwear or socks can not be returned or replaced for hygienic reasons
- clothing/goods are without original signs, labels and tags
- goods can no longer be sold
