10.1. The Buyer agrees, within the meaning of Section 7 (2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., On Certain Information Society Services and on Amendments to Certain Acts (the Act on Certain Information Society Services), as amended, by sending Seller's commercial communications to an electronic address or the buyer's phone number.
